Custom AI software for the one job that's slowing you down
Off-the-shelf AI tools cover the general stuff. The job that's specific to your business, like pricing a load, checking a client's documents or answering staff questions from 400 pages of SOPs, usually needs something built. Our custom AI software development starts with a fixed-price pilot, so you see it working before you commit to more.

Pilot first, then scale
Discovery, 1 week
We map the task, collect sample data, and agree on the one number that proves it works.
Pilot build, 3 to 5 weeks
A working version used by a few real staff on real cases.
Review
We measure against the agreed number. You decide whether to roll it out, change it or stop.
Roll-out and support
Wider access, permissions, training and a monthly support plan.
The problem
Big AI projects stall. Small ones ship.
Most AI software projects that go nowhere start too wide: "AI for the whole business." The ones that work pick one task with a clear before and after, such as quotes that took a day now take ten minutes. That's how we scope every pilot.
What we build
Custom AI tools and agents we build
Internal assistants
Staff ask questions in plain English and get answers from your SOPs, contracts, product sheets and past tickets, with the source document linked.
Quoting and estimating tools
A form or chat collects the job details, the tool applies your pricing rules and drafts the quote for a person to approve.
Document checkers
Uploads are read, sorted and checked against a list: missing pages, wrong dates, unsigned forms. Staff see only the files that need attention.
Customer portals with AI
Clients log in, check status, upload files and ask questions. The AI answers from their own case data.
AI agents that take actions
Agents that do multi-step work across your tools, like research a lead, update the CRM and draft the outreach, with a person approving anything that leaves the building.

By industry
Pilots we'd start with
Trucking and logistics
A rate tool that reads a load request email, checks lanes and fuel, and drafts a quote for dispatch.
Immigration consultants
A document checker that reviews a client's upload against the checklist for their program and flags gaps before the file is submitted.
Mortgage brokers
An assistant that answers staff questions about lender criteria from the latest lender guides, with the page cited.
SaaS companies
A support agent trained on docs and past tickets that drafts replies for the team and spots bugs reported more than once.
Build or buy
Build or buy?
We'll tell you when buying is the better call. A rough rule:
Situation
Buy an off-the-shelf tool
Build custom
The task looks the same in every company (writing, meeting notes)
Yes
No
It depends on your own data and rules
Rarely works well
Yes
It has to connect to two or more of your systems
Sometimes
Yes
Mistakes are costly and you need an audit trail
Hard to control
Yes, with approvals and logs
Pilot inputs
What we need for a pilot
20 to 50 real past cases (quotes, files, tickets), with personal details removed if needed
One person who knows the process well, for about two hours a week
Read access to the systems the tool will use
One decision-maker at the review meeting, so the pilot ends with a yes or a no
Pricing
How AI software pricing works
Every build is priced in stages, so you only commit to the next step once the last one has worked.
Stage
What you get
Discovery
Task map, data check, success metric, fixed pilot quote
Pilot
Working tool for a small group of real users, 3 to 5 weeks
Full build
Roll-out, permissions, integrations, training
Support
Hosting, monitoring, model updates, small changes
What changes the cost: how many users, how many systems it connects to, how much data needs cleaning first, and how much of the work the AI does on its own versus with a person approving.
Each stage is quoted in writing before it starts. AI model and hosting costs run in your accounts at cost, and you own the code.

Why not just use ChatGPT Team or Copilot?
For general writing and research, you should. A custom tool makes sense when the job needs your data, your rules and your other software, and you need the same answer every time.
Where does our data go?
It stays in your cloud accounts or ours under a data processing agreement, with access logged. Business API plans from the major AI providers state that they don't train on customer data by default.
What if the pilot doesn't hit the number?
You've spent the pilot fee, not a full project budget, and you get a written report on why. Sometimes the answer is that the process needs fixing before any software will help.
Can it work with our existing systems?
Usually, if they have an API or export files: CRMs, accounting, dispatch, case management, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Who maintains it after launch?
We do on the support plan, or we hand it over to your team with documentation.
Got a task that eats someone's whole day?
Describe it in a 20-minute call. We'll tell you honestly whether AI is the right fix and what a pilot would cost.
