The problem
Most leads don't wait
Only 56% of people who call a business reach a person, according to Invoca's analysis of 70 million calls. Most of the rest never leave a voicemail. Web forms are slower still. Someone fills one in at 9 pm, you reply at 10 the next morning, and they've already booked with whoever answered first.
AI fixes the waiting. It won't fix a weak offer or a slow sales team, and if that's the real problem, we'll say so on the first call.
What we build
Our AI services: seven ways to stop losing leads
AI Chatbots
Answers questions on your website and WhatsApp, asks the qualifying questions you'd ask, and books the call.
AI Voice Receptionist
Picks up every call, at 2 pm or 2 am, books the appointment and texts you a summary.
AI Search Optimization
Gets your business named when buyers ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI Overviews who to hire.
AI Websites
Built in weeks with AI doing the heavy lifting, and shipped with chat, smart forms and on-site search already working.
Workflow Automation
The copy-paste jobs between your inbox, CRM and spreadsheets, handed to software.
AI Software
A custom tool or agent for one specific job: quoting, client intake, checking documents.
HubSpot AI Automation
HubSpot's Breeze agents set up and trained on your data, inside the HubSpot account you already pay for.
Where to start
Which AI service should you start with?
Start where you lose the most leads or the most hours. A rough guide:
If this sounds like you
Start with
Calls go to voicemail after 5 pm, or while you're with a client
People visit the site, read a page and leave without asking anything
Competitors get named in ChatGPT answers and you don't
The website is old, slow or a pain to update
Staff spend hours moving data between the inbox, CRM and spreadsheets
One specific job, like quoting or checking documents, eats someone's whole day
You pay for HubSpot Pro but haven't switched on its AI agents
Still not sure? That's what the 20-minute call is for. We'll look at your numbers and tell you which one pays back first, even if the answer is "none of them yet."
Why us
Why a marketing agency builds AI
A chatbot with no traffic is a nice demo and nothing else. We've run SEO and paid ads since 2022, for 400+ clients across 750+ projects, so every build plugs into what already brings you leads. Your ads land on the page with the bot. The bot writes to your CRM. The monthly report counts calls booked, not "conversations".
What you get that a dev shop usually won't offer:
One team for the build and the marketing around it
Senior-led strategy: the people who plan your project are the ones you speak to
White-hat only: nothing that puts your Google listing or ad accounts at risk
Playbooks for industries we already work in: dental, law, mortgage, trucking, immigration consulting, builders, coaching and SaaS
A fixed quote in writing before any work starts, so the cost doesn't creep
A care plan after launch, with a clear monthly report. A named person reads the transcripts every month and fixes what the AI got wrong
How it works
How a project runs
Week 0, a 20-minute call
We look at where leads drop off today and pick the one fix worth doing first.
Within 24 hours, a fixed quote
Scope, price, and what "working" means in numbers you can check.
Weeks 2 to 4, build and test
You throw real customer questions at it before any customer sees it.
Month 2 onward, tune
Monthly report, transcript review, changes as your offers and hours change.
Bundles
Most clients start with one thing
The usual pairing is a website chatbot plus a voice receptionist, so web and phone leads land in one inbox with the same notes. We quote a bundle as one project, which usually costs less than buying each piece separately.

FAQs
Questions people ask us
Book a 20-minute call
You get a fixed quote in writing within 24 hours of the call.
Book a 20-minute call
Will AI replace my staff?
No, and we don't sell it that way. It handles the first contact: the after-hours call, the "do you do X?" question, the booking. Real conversations go to your team with the notes attached.
How long does a project take?
Chatbots and voice receptionists usually go live in 2 to 4 weeks. Custom software pilots take 4 to 6.
Which AI models do you use?
Whatever fits the job and your data rules, usually models from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google. The accounts are in your name, so you can leave us and keep everything.
Is my customer data safe?
It stays in your accounts and isn't used to train anyone's model. We sign an NDA and a data processing agreement before we see anything.
Do you work outside the US?
Yes. We work with businesses in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and the UAE, and book calls in your time zone.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
It will, occasionally. Every build has rules on what it may and may not say, a hand-off to a human, and a monthly review where we read the transcripts and close the gaps.
Pick one leak. We'll fix that first.
